This Privacy Policy explains how AppFrame LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS apps (including CELPIP Prep, DietPal and Car Dashboard) and the appframe.org website. Some apps may have additional details in their App Store privacy labels.

Information we collect

• Information you provide, such as meal logs, practice answers, recordings or text you submit for AI feedback, and messages you send us.
• Purchase information, such as subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card details.
• Diagnostics and usage data, such as crash reports and anonymous feature usage, used to improve our apps.

How we use information

• To provide app features, including AI-powered grading, food recognition and writing tools.
• To manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
• To fix bugs, improve performance and respond to support requests.

AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the content you submit (for example a photo of a meal or a practice response) may be sent securely to a trusted AI provider to generate a result. We do not sell this content or use it for advertising.

On-device data

Some apps keep data entirely on your device. For example, Car Dashboard does not store or process your personal data on our servers; contacts, music, recordings and location stay on your phone.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run our apps (such as hosting, analytics, subscription management and AI processing), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete app data by deleting the app, or email us to request deletion of any data we hold.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
